  • Candidates must have a Letter of Interest from the Nova Scotia Office
  • Minimum work experience required for the Express Entry
  • Proof of sufficient funds and stable financial position to establish and maintain yourself and your family members
  • Legal status of the country you are residing in currently
  • Maintain the eligibility criteria that were relevant at the time of receiving the letter of interest from the province

• 3. Skilled Worker Stream

  The Nova Scotia Skilled Worker stream helps the businessmen and employers in the province to hire skilled international workers for the divisions and sectors that require people with relevant skills.
  The candidates can be hired under two ways:

  • Skilled Workers with experience in an occupation listed under NOC Level 0, A, or B.
  • Semi-Skilled Workers with experience working the fields listed in NOC Level C occupations.
  • Low-Skilled Workers with experience in NOC Level D

• 4. Entrepreneur stream for Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Scheme

  The Entrepreneur Stream for NSNP is specifically targeted towards experienced business owners who wish to start a new business or buy a significant stake in an existing business in the province.

  Eligibility Criteria:

  • 21 years of age or more
  • Must have an intention to live permanently in Nova Scotia and own and/or manage a business in the province
  • Must have a minimum required net worth
  • Must be able to invest minimum required Canadian dollars from their personal funds in a business
  • At least 3 years of experience in owning and managing a business
  • Score at least 5 on the CLB

  • International Student Stream
    Allows international students with a valid job offer in any of the occupations listed under skill level A, B or O in the NOC

• 2. Human Capital Category

  The human capital category has two sub-categories

  • International graduates
    International students, graduated from a university in the province of Ontario are eligible to apply – Masters Graduate Stream and PhD Graduate Stream
  • Ontario’s Express Entry
    To qualify under Ontario’s Express Entry streams, the candidate must have a profile in government’s Express Entry system and must have received a nomination of interest from Ontario.

• 3. Business category

  The applicant is eligible to apply under this category if they have an international corporation looking to expand or buy an existing business in Ontario or if you are an entrepreneur who wants to start a new business or buy an existing business in Ontario.

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

  • Must state your preference for Alberta immigration
  • Must have a minimum ranking score of at least 300 points
  • Should be employed in an occupation that is in demand in the province of Alberta
