CANADA EXPRESS ENTRY

Canada uses Express Entry as an online system to manage applications for permanent residence from skilled workers. Government of Canada chooses skilled workers based on their skills and ability to contribute to Canada’s economy.
Three economic immigration programs are managed under Express Entry applications

• Federal Skilled Worker Program
  For professionals who have skills that are in demand in the Canadian economy
• Federal Skilled Trades Program
  For professionals who are semi skilled workers and work in technical jobs
• Canadian Experience Class
  For candidates who have worked in Canada and have obtained Canadian work experience
  Applying for a wrong program can get your application rejected.
  It is essential for you as an applicant to know your eligibility for the right program. That’s where our expertise comes in; we will guide you on the right program based on your professional background to increase your chances to get Canada PR.

• STEPS

  • To determine your eligibility under one of the federal economic programs.
  • Submit an Expression of Interest through an online form. We will fill the online form based on the information you provide
  • Your score will be assigned by the IRCC based on a weighted ranking system such as your IELTS score, education level and work experience
  • The IRCC will conduct a draw to determine the cut-off point for issued Invitations to Apply (ITAs)
  • Your score must be higher than the cutoff score only then you will receive an ITA. You will be updated on a regular basis on the status of your application
  • Once you receive the ITA you will have a 60 day window to submit an application for Canada PR along with all the required documents. If you have not received an ITA in the current round you can consult with our Canada immigration experts for advice on how to improve your score. We are always there to help.
  • On receiving the ITA you will need to submit the Police clearance certificate. We will guide you through that as well.
  • Health check up set up by the IRCC to provide you with a medical certificate that states that you are fit to travel to Canada
  • You may need to submit a proof of funds under some programs to show that you can sustain yourself independently in the country
  • After careful scrutinizing you will receive a provisional Permanent Residence visa which allows you to travel to Canada

• ELIGIBILITY

  To check the eligibility, the applicants are measured on the basis of two parameters:

  • Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB)
    English and French is the common tongue in Canada. CLB is used to recognize, measure and describe English language proficiency of adult immigrants who plan to live and work in Canada or apply for citizenship.
    There are 4 language ability tests:
    • Writing
    • Reading
    • Listening
    • Speaking
  • 2. National Occupation Classification (NOC) code
    The NOC is a list of all occupations according to the skill type and skill level in the Canadian economy and job market. For immigration purposes, these are the main job groups:
    
    • Skill Type 0 (zero): Management jobs
    • Skill Level A: Professional jobs that usually call for a degree from a university
    • Skill Level B: Technical jobs and skilled trades that usually call for a college diploma or training as an apprentice
    • Skill Level C: Intermediate jobs that usually call for high school and/or job-specific training
    • Skill Level D: Labour jobs that usually give on-the-job training
